- Scheduled work: drains, faucets, toilets, disposals, water treatment — call and a same or next-day window is arranged
- Property managers & warranties: tell the dispatcher so the invoice is formatted for your claim
Colorado Plumbing Pros is a dispatch and referral service and does not perform plumbing work directly. The servicing contractor provides the estimate and invoice.

Before you call
Have your ZIP code ready, plus the make and rough age of the equipment involved if you know it. If water is running, shut off the main valve before calling so the damage stops spreading, and kill power to any circuit near standing water.
If you smell gas
Leave the building immediately. Do not operate switches or use a phone indoors. Once outside, call 911 or your gas utility's emergency line first — then call us about the repair.
